- By email right after purchase. You can also find it on your Lemon Squeezy “My Orders” page.
- 02I lost my licence key or download link
- Check the receipt email first, then your Lemon Squeezy “My Orders” page. If you still can't find it, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the address you ordered with and we resend it.
- 03How do I move my licence to a new computer?
- Deactivate it on the old computer, then activate it on the new one. The install guide walks through it. No access to the old machine? Email us and we free the slot.
- 04What is your refund policy?

- 05Can I get an invoice?
- Yes. Your receipt email and Lemon Squeezy order page both provide a downloadable invoice, and you can add a VAT number at checkout.
